Mica + TiO2 - Iridescent Dual Color
This product line is made with mica flakes coated with Rutile TiO2 by controlling the various levels. The rainbow effect depends on the thickness of the TiO2. TiO2 has high refractive index and the mica has low refractive index and two beams of light will create interference resulting different colors. Thus without using colored pigments or dyes the colors are created and therefore this product line offers excellent light-fastness.
